I think I am looking at a LED array that is displaying 1s and 0s to correspond to condensed data being sent across copper bouncing from city to city. And that condensed data is a digitized array of vectors to represent a fully tangible 3 dimensional hunk of metal, rubber, and plastic that looks to be an Audi.
